We are pleased to once again be offering grass-fed heritage lamb. Our Dorper lamb grazes on un-sprayed pasture. We only raise lamb for harvest during spring and summer when the grass is green and lush.
Lambs will be taken to processor the first week in September. The processor will be giving you a call for your cut list the day they are delivered. The lamb is typically ready to be picked up within one week. Millhorn Farmstead will invoice you for the lamb once we get the hanging weight and the butcher will invoice you for the processing. Price is calculated from hanging weight.
Our grassfed lamb is $9.00 hanging weight.
*Final price estimates does NOT include processing/cut & wrap fee. In addition to purchasing our lamb, there is an approximate $200 processing/cut & wrap fee for the processing. This fee will be paid directly to the processor when you pick up your order.
