I love this bread! It is also my sons favorite thing I make. So when its time to start baking for the holidays, this recipe is a MUST!
Paleo coconut banana bread with chocolate chips.
Preheat oven 350° And grease a loaf pan
3 mashed “old” bananas
2 tablespoons melted butter 1/4 cup coconut oil melted.
3 beaten eggs
1 cup honey
1.5 cups almond flour 1/2 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt.
1/3 cup dairy/soy free chocolate chips
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut
Combine all your ingredients in your stand mixer and blend until smooth, fold in half a cup of sugar/soy free chocolate chips.
Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes. Easy peasy!
