Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta
 
Ingredients
  • 2½ cups skimmed raw cream
  • 2 teaspoons powdered gelatin
  • ½ cup organic sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
Instructions
  1. In a small pot, pour in cream. Sprinkle powdered gelatin over the cream, Allow gelatin to sit untouched for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar and split vanilla bean to the pot.
  3. Heat on low until a soft simmer is achieved.
  4. Turn off heat and allow vanilla bean to release its deliciousness for 15 minutes.
  5. Carefully pour mixture into 4 ramekins.
  6. Chill for 4-6 hours or overnight.
