Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta
- 2½ cups skimmed raw cream
- 2 teaspoons powdered gelatin
- ½ cup organic sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
- In a small pot, pour in cream. Sprinkle powdered gelatin over the cream, Allow gelatin to sit untouched for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar and split vanilla bean to the pot.
- Heat on low until a soft simmer is achieved.
- Turn off heat and allow vanilla bean to release its deliciousness for 15 minutes.
- Carefully pour mixture into 4 ramekins.
- Chill for 4-6 hours or overnight.
