Juice of ¼ Grapefruit, about ¼ cup (meat and juice)
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Raw Tahini paste
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients into a glass mixing bowl. Using a wire whisk, combine until well emulsified. Drizzle over a fresh bed of spinach or fresh salad greens. Top with bleu cheese crumbles, a few bites of grapefruit and some avocado. Serve immediately.
